Spanish Fork Peak

We checked off another item on our Last Summer in Utah Bucket List!

Saturday we hiked Spanish Fork Peak with our friends the Hazens. 

Unfortunately there was too much snow to reach the summit, but we were able to hike quite a ways up.

Commencement of Camping

This weekend began camping season!

For our meals, we used MRE's from our 72-hour kits!  Actually quite delicious.  

It took a bit of time because of the recent rain and a lack of fire starting supplies, 

but eventually we had a sweet fire!

In the morning we hiked to the hot springs. 

Such a beautiful view. 

We topped the trip off with a visit to Stone Drug :)

Though camping was a BLAST, the best part of the weekend was talking to my family and beautiful sister on a mission!
