I went to the Holi Festival (aka Festival of Colors) for the first time yesterday.

SO MUCH FUN.

I know some people don't like it, 

they say it's become too commercialized and they don't perform the sacred rituals anymore,

well you should have come to the 3:00 throwing, 

because that's when the burning was : )

Yes, I practically gagged on the dust

even with a bandanna,

and yes, my clothes turned pink in the wash so I had to bleach them,

But I had a fabulous time.
