This weekend we had planned to travel down to
Zion National Park to hike the Narrows.
Unfortunately, we were unable to get the permit to hike top-down
so we opted to stay in town and bike Provo Canyon instead.
Another check off the bucket list!
It was a beautiful early Saturday morning :)
On the way back out of the canyon we stopped at Bridal Veil Falls.
Afterwards, we tried out Harmon's since Costco wasn't open yet.
It's a little pricier, but they certainly have an excellent selection of exotic fruits and vegetables!
We bought a cactus pear and made some delicious cactus pear and lingon berry vinaigrette dressing.
It is seriously so delicious. And pretty.
